The NTAND Board of Directors is made up of naturopathic doctors that are nominated and elected by association members.  Two public members represent the critical voice of the public in planning and decision-making.

The Board of Directors is responsible to advance naturopathic medicine in the Northwest Territories in alignment with the vision.  They engage in strategic planning and identify key priorities relevant to the political, social, economic and cultural climate at both territorial and national levels.
